Medical technology company moves to Burlington

Pramand, an innovator in medical technology, will be expanding and relocating to Blue Sky Center, a premier research and development and office campus in Burlington.

Companies making such moves often look to Stationery printers as Business Cards, Letterheads, and other corporate materials need to be updated.

The company has leased 41,411 square feet on the top floor of the building. The team of Matthew Malatesta, Michael Frisoli, Eric Jeremiah, Tyler McGrail, and Connall Chamberlain of Newmark brokered the deal on behalf of the ownership of the building, which is a joint venture between a global real estate private equity firm and Nordblom Company.

Malatesta said that this lease highlights the strong demand for premier work environments from innovative companies. He added that the relocation of Pramand affirms the vision of the owners of the building to create a space that fosters collaboration and the long-term success of its tenants.

Executive vice president at Nordblom Company, Crosby Nordblom, said that people are looking for a working environment that is unique, enhances their well-being, and increases their productivity.

Blue Sky Center recently invested $10 million in capital improvements which included an amenity hub of 40,000 square feet. This was designed by SMMA in Cambridge. The hub will be a space focused on the community with cutting-edge amenities such as expansive green spaces, conference facilities, and a fitness center and will be open late in the third quarter of this year.
