Burlington session planned for first-time homebuyers

Those who are new to the homebuying process may appreciate an opportunity that will give them tools to help them make the most of open house events.

The coffee and chat, which has been created by the team at Burlington's Kadilak Realty Group, will introduce attendees to topics that may be of interest to first-time buyers. Those who have purchased property in the past are also welcome, and can use it as a refresher.

The workshop will cover why buying a home in Massachusetts comes with some unique conditions, and there will also be tips shared for what to look for when viewing an open house. There will be prize draws as well as light refreshments, and the participants will all walk away with a kit of materials, including Corporate Gifts, that may help to make the experience go more smoothly. There is no cost to attend the event.

Offering learning sessions for the public is one way a business can stand apart from the crowd. A brochure printing company can provide Booklets and other materials for these occasions, and they are available at a variety of price levels.

This activity for Burlington residents who would like to get the inside scoop when it comes to making the most of visiting an open house will be held on March 5. The function is scheduled for 279 Cambridge Street.
