Graduates of a school in Burlington are planning to get together 40 years after they graduated.
Members of the Winchester High School Class of 1980 are planning a reunion, with tickets now available. The party is scheduled for the Burlington Marriott, where people will be able to catch up with friends while they enjoy appetizers and music from the 1970s, 80s, and 90s.
Organizers have also asked class members to upload as many photos as possible of their days at Winchester and to submit trivia questions when they check out after purchasing tickets. They have suggested some questions themselves, such as who spoke at the commencement ceremony, where did they hold the Junior Prom, and what stores were near White Hen.
An invitation to the reunion is also extended to those who were not in the class of 1980 but would like to attend. Occasions like this are an excellent time for people to connect and exchange Business Cards.
For those who wish to purchase tickets, they are priced at $50 each or $75 per couple prior to the event. On the door, they will be $55 each or $80 per couple. In addition, organizers have reserved rooms at the Marriott, which are available to classmates at a reduced rate. However, the discount is only available until October and is on a first come, first served basis.
The reunion is set for November 14, from 6.00pm until 11.00pm.
