Burlington office park to gain new corporate headquarters

Three companies are moving their headquarters to Northwest Park in Burlington.

The largest of the three, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, will be leasing from the Nordblum Company 30,000 square feet. Its corporate teams will be housed there and include human resources, operations, and training.

According to the general manager with Enterprise Holdings, Brian Duffy, the goal was to find a location where the three divisions could be consolidated and also provided an environment that would be an enjoyable and pleasant one in which its employees could work. The Nordblom Company was able to create collaborative work areas as well as an overall space that aligned with the company’s business model.

The two other companies that Nordblum, a real estate company based in Burlington, announced on May 10 are Lutronic and Aliaswire.

About 5,000 square feet will be used by Lutronic for office and research and development space. Lutronic is moving its headquarters in the United States from California to Burlington. The company develops aesthetic and medical advanced laser and related technological devices.

Aliaswire, which provides reliable and secure systems for transacting payments, will be leasing 7,500 square feet for its new corporate headquarters.
