Backpacking event to be hosted near Burlington

The Extended Backpacking class is set to take place next month close to Burlington.

The American Outdoor School is the host of this educational event. The school regularly offers wilderness-related programs to people in the area who are interested in increasing their survival, first aid, and foraging skills. Classes and courses range from beginner levels to advanced, catering for people of all levels of outdoor experience. Each event is led by professional instructors who possess extensive experience on the topics that they teach.

Instructor Nathan Duclos will be leading the Extended Backpacking class. This four-hour learning experience will serve as level one of a three-level wilderness backpacking series. Students from Burlington will have the opportunity to learn the basics of how to prepare adequately for taking remote hiking trips far from any cities or towns. Brochure printing is a common means of preparing detailed printed materials that the organizers of related classes often utilize in order to make sure that all students have access to important event information.

For anyone who wishes to take part in the class, online event registration is available at $70 per person. All participants must be free of COVID-19 symptoms for at least two weeks prior to the start of the class in order to participate.

The Extended Backpacking class is scheduled to be hosted in Saugus on Sunday, April 11 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
