Life Time, the premier healthy lifestyle brand in the country, will be opening its Life Time Living Experience in Burlington later this year.
This will be a five-story building with 167 luxury rental units that will share a campus with the existing athletic club of Life Time in Burlington. This will create a healthy living, entertainment, and aging village spanning 13 acres for both members and residents. A partnership between Nordblom Company and Life Time is making this possible.
In total, the development will have 14 studios, 69 units with one bedroom, 11 units with one bedroom and a den, and 73 units with two bedrooms. There will also be a lounge and work-from-home spaces, a private dining room, conference rooms, a cycle lounge, and covered parking with charging stations.
There will also be two courtyards outdoors with grilling stations, firepits, outdoor games, seating areas for conversations, and a meditation area. Also under construction are green space areas, a play area for dogs, and a walking path.

Chief Property Development Officer and Executive Vice President at Life Time, Parham Javaheri, expressed his thrill about expanding their presence in Burlington with this luxury residential development.
The development is expected to open this summer.
