A new location of a café popular in Danvers is now open in downtown Beverly.
The Kaffmandu Coffee House of Danvers is in the space that was once the Gusto Café on Cabot Street. Om Shrestha, one of the owners of Kaffmandu, said that they had been looking for close to a year for a place to open a third location of the brand, and that they are humbled to be moving into the place that had been the Gusto Café for the past 10 years.
Openings of such new eateries can be made known throughout a community with poster printing.
Shrestha added that he and his family have lived in Beverly for the past 15 years. He is hoping that he can bring his vision, experience, and expertise gained in the coffee industry over the past 23 years to Beverly, and create a place in the city where people can gather not just for coffee, but food, music, and conversation too.
The Kaffmandu Coffee House will specialize in Fair Trade organic roasts that will include medium roast, decaf, expresso roast, and dark roast. Iced coffee, specialty expresso lattes, tea, and iced tea with lemonade will also be available as beverages. Menu items will include breakfast sandwiches, bagels from Best Bagels of Middletown, avocado toast, and a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and paninis.
