Commercial real estate company opens new fitness centers in Beverly

Fit Ritual Studio is expected to open at the Commodore Plaza soon, becoming the third fitness center owned by The Mega Group to have opened in Beverly in the past six months.

Flyer printing can be used to make those interested in health and fitness aware of such facilities and select the one that is most convenient for them.

The latest addition is in newly built-out space and is 1,883 square feet in area. Located about a quarter mile from North Beverly Commuter Rail Station, Commodore Plaza is a shopping center with Stop & Shop as an anchor store. Fit Ritual Studio is a boutique fitness center that focuses on transforming individuals’ routines to rituals.

Already located at the Cabot Plaza in downtown Beverly is Lift Positive. It is in newly built-out space and is 1,800 square feet in size. Dunkin’ Donuts anchors the plaza and Flip the Bird is just a short distance from the new development. Featured at Lift Positive are semi-private coaching and training classes. It is owned by Robert Aguero-Hoffman.

Between Route 62 and Beverly Depot, Park Street CrossFit can be found. This CrossFit facility features a roll-up garage door, floor-to-ceiling glass in the front, and an open-concept training space to create a unique training experience. Nutrition programs are also offered at the facility.
