A plant swap can be a fun and thrifty way for indoor gardeners to get some new plants while passing along their extras to a new plant parent, and one of these activities is on the way for Beverly.
A swapping session has been organized for a Beverly venue, and admission will be $10.00 each. There will be volunteers on hand to help, and there will also be items available for purchase.
Those who are interested can bring along their extra house plants that are small to medium in size, and cuttings, starts and the propagations will be welcome. Packets of seeds and vegetable plants going in pots will also be included. It's been requested that everyone carefully examine their contributions to make sure they are pest and disease free before they bring them. It's recommended that those who attend keep a bag or box handy to make it easier to bring their new additions home with them.
