Beverly is a community that cares about its companion animals, and a special fundraising project is seeking input from residents.
Friends of Beverly Animals, Inc. has issued a call to the local area seeking submissions for its annual calendar. Anyone who would like to submit a picture of Fido, Fluffy, Polly or another pet to the organizers may do so, and the Calendars will be for the upcoming year.
Those who would like to get involved can send their photo to the organizers using the email address provided, and it's been requested that they include animals only. The Calendars can be ordered to give as holiday or other gifts, and the proceeds from their sales will be used to purchase supplies and medical care for homeless companion animals.
The planners of the fundraiser explained that they are excited about the new addition for this year. Local companies that would like to go the extra mile can submit Business Cards or a picture of their pet, and they will be featured in the publication. The $50.00 fee for those will be added to the overall proceeds from the initiative.
