Cummings Properties is continuing its expansion in Beverly of Dunham Ridge, a campus that offers medical, lab, and office space just off Route 128. Other features include scenic views, access to walking trails, and abundant green space.
A new, major science and lab cluster, 700,000 square feet in area, is being developed. There are two buildings with a total of 205,000 square feet that are currently under construction with high-class facilities and high-bay suites. Another four-acre lot is currently being marketed for sale. Print shops often play an important role in such marketing efforts with the creation of Flyers, Brochures, and informational materials.
One of the buildings will have facilities ready for laboratories and a garage that will hold 215 cars, and is 155,000 square feet. The other is 50,000 square feet and is a speculative building of which 35% has already been leased. Both are slated to be opened and ready for occupancy in January of next year.
Chairman and CEO of Cummings Properties, Dennis Clarke, expressed his confidence in the future of commercial real estate such that his company is undergoing this construction to be able to accommodate the expected growth of leading industries in Massachusetts. He added that the North Shore is known as being an innovative area and attracts companies looking to increase their efforts in research and development, as well as production.
