Healthcare conference announces autumn gathering in Jefferson

Jefferson will be a hotspot for medical professionals in Louisiana this autumn, as the American College of Healthcare Executives has announced the location for its autumn gathering.

The Fall Conference in NOLA, which is being organized by ACHE of Louisiana, will begin welcoming healthcare professionals from across the state this October for an educational event geared toward helping leaders in the industry grow. The experience, which also provides attendees with 3.0 hours of in-person Continuing Education credits, will feature two panels of experienced healthcare experts.

The first panel is titled “Successfully Leading Change in Healthcare Organizations,” which is moderated by Shawn Rossi. Panelists include Jeff Edge, ‌COO of Ochsner Health, Erin Zeringue, president of A3 Healthcare, and Michelle Sutton, CEO of North Oaks Health. Resources from Print shops can provide attendees an idea of the schedule for conference events like this while providing more visibility for sponsors.

Panel two is designed to help participants develop mentoring and coaching skills, with Les Hall of the St. Tammany Health System handling moderating duties. Attendees will hear Beth Walker, CEO of Ochsner Health, Dr. Victoria Smith, and Diane Yeates, COO of Terrebonne General Health System shed light on this topic.

The Ochsner Medical Center in Jefferson will be hosting the conference on Friday, October 23rd, from 10:30am to 2:00pm. Tickets are $20 for students and $150 for ACHE members online.
