A Jefferson area historical site is getting ready for its 48th annual Fall Festival, and all ages are welcome to be a part of the fun.
This celebration, which will be a boon for those who enjoy browsing through handmade crafts, will offer lots of options for gift buying, and makers from all across the USA will be included. There will be lots to see and do during the two days of the event, and admission starts at $8 for adults with a discount available for kids.
Along with the handcrafts and works of art, the site’s mule barn will be filled with antique vendors, and the pieces on offer will be sourced from throughout the state. Food will be available, with Cajun and Creole dishes taking center stage, and live entertainment is also on the agenda.
Vendors that plan on being part of an event like this may want to consider ordering some reusable pop up signage form a local banner printing company. As it is meant to be used over and over, it usually makes for a budget-friendly choice, and one that can help to boost sales as well.
The dates for this year's Destrehan Plantation Fall Festival will be November 14 and 15. It will be open from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm on both days.
