Plans underway for another London Redbud Ride

The Redbud Ride will once again be taking to the roads and trails in and around London, and registration for this annual cycling event is now open for another year.

This annual ride will showcase some of the beautiful scenery that can be found in the area, and one of the highlights for many of the cyclists in this will be the redbud trees that will be in full bloom during the activity. Both professional and amateur cyclists can take part, and everyone will be made to feel welcome.

The plans for the ride include both lunch options and SAG stations, and there will be four routes available for the participants to choose from. Each registrant will also receive a Redbud Ride tee shirt that includes a unique graphic design prepared for the occasion. The Rotary Club has stepped up to offer a full pancake breakfast to help the riders get their day off to a tasty start, and there will also be a complimentary meal served post-ride.

Even if they don’t hit the pavement, London residents can still get involved in the activity. Both pre- and post-ride celebration will be open to the general public, who can come out and cheer the riders on.

The annual Redbud Ride will be taking to the streets of Kentucky on April 18, and anyone who would like to get involved is welcome to register now. The event’s website has been updated with the latest details about the day.
