The Center at Kentucky Highlands is set to offer the Practical Problem Solving class to local business owners and management, and it will be a full morning of learning. The fee to register is $99.00 each.
The participants in the learning opportunity will be offered practical tools they can use in their workplace to address conflicts and other challenges. They will learn how to identify and analyze these issues before they become problems as well as ways to create positive change, and this can be carried through from the individual staff team member on up.
