Thanks to a local event, learning about one of the STEM subjects is about to get a lot more fun for London kids.
Professor Steve will be stopping by the Laurel County Public Library with his Outta Sight Laser Light Show. It will explore the topic in a variety of ways, and seating will be first come, first served.
The show will give people of all ages a chance to learn about the sun as well as prisms and how they create rainbows from the visible light spectrum. There will be laser beam demonstrations as well as a disco ball, and admission will be free of charge. Those interested can choose from two session start times, with one set for the afternoon and one for the evening. The doors will open half an hour in advance of the presentation.
