Mid-July will see London golfers treated to a day filled with fun, friends and fundraising, and the proceeds will support a program that helps children.
The CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Program of the Cumberland Valley, Inc. Golf Scramble will be bringing a festive day to local golfers, and London Country Club will host the activity. Check in will begin bright and early on its scheduled date, and the fee to register a four person team is $300 each.
The players will all enjoy the use of a cart, and the green fees will also be covered. Snacks and beverages will be served, and to add some extra fun to the friendly competition, prizes will be awarded for the first, second and third ranking teams when the scores are tabulated.
This activity is an important fundraiser for the organization, and it is hoping it will be a big success. To help make that happen, it is seeking hold sponsors. The fee to do so is $100, and the businesses that do so will have their branding displayed at a designated hole. Golf tournaments often include lots of networking between the participants, and a business card printing company can make it simple to share contact details.
