London festival celebrates fried chicken

Each year, London welcomes the world with an event that celebrates one of the area's most well-known residents as well as the chicken recipe he crafted.

The annual World Chicken Festival was first held in 1990, and it has been going strong ever since. Its agenda includes a variety of activities, performances and lots of food, and there will be offerings for all ages.

The festivities will begin on a Thursday evening when the world's largest skillet opens to the public for viewing, and the vendor area will also begin welcoming shoppers. Live entertainment, a Col. Sanders Look Alike competition, karaoke and activities for the kids will all be on offer. The festivities will keep on going throughout the next three days, and an egg drop contest, “crowing contest”, more live entertainment and magic shows for the younger guests and a variety of other interactive activities are all in the works.

Community festivals may attract both locals and visitors alike, and an effective marketing campaign may help ensure one is a success. A poster printing company can provide a full one of Print options as well as advice and other support.

The 2026 London World Chicken Festival will give the community lotto crow about starting on September 24th. Details about timings and locations, as well as full schedule can be found on the event’s website.
