While the winter holiday season may seem way off, a London area Harley dealership will be getting the fun started early by hosting a special June run.
The team at Wildcat Harley Davidson has scheduled its Toys for Tots Christmas in June activity, which will be a full-day event. It has been organized in partnership with Toys for Tots of South Central Kentucky and the Joe C Paul Marine Corp League, and the suggested registration donation is $20 per bike.
The fun will kick off in the morning with free coffee and donuts served at the dealership, and everyone who plans on coming out has been asked to bring a new toy that has not been wrapped. This will be followed by the charity ride, which will travel along Appalachian Gateway 80.
This is just one of the events the venue has on its schedule for this coming spring, many of which are open to the general public.
A fundraising motorcycle ride also has the potential to raise awareness about a cause. A banner printing company can prepare flags and other items for the riders to display while they travel, and these can be made to last over repeated use.
The annual Toys for Tots Christmas in June ride will begin at Wildcat Harley Davidson on June 1. More details about the activity can be found on its website.
