London asked to pitch in during community cleanup

Fall is on the way, and in London, that means it’s almost time for the annual World Chicken Festival. A cleanup day will help ensure that the city looks its best for the occasion, and the whole community has been asked to roll up their sleeves and pitch in.

City of London Tourism has made arrangements to host a citywide cleanup, and all assistance will be appreciated. Individuals, families, and groups can all lend a hand, and while they will be hard at work, the volunteers can also have a lot of fun.

Those who register for the activity will gather at the offices of London Tourism and Parks on the morning of the spruce-up. Before they set out, they will be given the materials they need for the project and will be assigned an area in which to work.

To thank all the helpers for taking on the task, there will be a variety of prize draws and other giveaways. Offering the participants Promotional Products can show that their assistance was greatly appreciated, and a printing services company will be able to offer lots of options for its customers to choose from.

Next Saturday, September 21 will see residents of London roll up their sleeves to join in this community initiative. The registrants have been asked to be at the staging area by no later than 9:00 am.
