Bearing in mind that some people do not get the most out of their computers because they are unsure of how to organize it, a class is taking place in London tomorrow to encourage local computer-users to unleash their machine’s fullest potential
The ‘How to Clean Up and Organize your Computer’ session has no doubt been promoted to people in the community through services like flyer and postcard printing.
The course is designed to take the mystery out of the disarray that occurs on many computer systems. Participants will learn how to organize their computers so that files are easier to find, as well as how to clean their operating systems so that the computer operates in a quicker and more efficient way.
There will be detailed information on deleting unused files, uninstalling programs that are no longer used, and how to organize a computer’s bookmarks and the desktop. By the end of the course, participants should be able to keep their workstations, whether in the home or the office, running quickly and accurately.
The cost is $15 per person and on-line registration is required. The class will be happening tomorrow, April 24, beginning at 5:30 pm at the GC Garland Administration Building on North Main Street. To learn more about this course, or to register, call 606-864-4167.
