The Burl offers musical entertainment and arcade

The Burl in Lexington, an entertainment facility for adults, will have a variety of musical groups entertaining, all of which are still on the calendar at the time of writing.

Most concerts are standing room only and aimed towards adults, with doors opening an hour before the shows.

On April 2, The Red Not Chili Peppers, a tribute band, will perform at 8:00 pm, playing all the hits of the similarly named Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Songs from the Road Band will play on April 3 at 9:00 pm. This four-member band has won awards for bluegrass, jazz, and Americana music.

Two bands will perform on April 4 at 9:00 pm. The Homegrown Head Band is a local groove, rock, and jam band, while Whalerus-Smiley Pete offers surf punk rock.

Ward Davis will entertain on April 5 at 8:00 pm. He is a Nashville singer and songwriter who has recorded songs with several famous country singers.

Grayson Jenkin will play on April 10 at 9:00 pm, another country singer and songwriter from Lexington. On April 11 at 8:00 pm, Wicked Peach, a hard blues rock band, will entertain.

The Burl serves wine, beer, cocktails and soft drinks, and there are food trucks outside most performances. The Arcade across the street has pinball, 30 arcade games, console games, and board games. Printers design Brochures and provide brochure printing for businesses like this.

It is located 375 Thompson Road, and free parking is available in the large lot.
