A fundraiser in support of foster care is getting ready to welcome Lexington residents who wish to support the cause during a night of fashion and entertainment.
The Luckiest Benefit, which is being organized by The Lucky Ones Foundation, is inviting Lexington residents for a night of entertainment and friendship. The gathering will be the foundation’s signature event for the year, and it hopes to raise awareness of the children in foster care in the area and call attendees to action to make a difference.
Community leaders, students, advocates, and families involved in the foster care system will all be in attendance at the fundraiser. It will be a night of storytelling from speakers who have experience within the foster care system, followed by a panel discussion. Brochure printing can help organizers Print and share the agenda with each person in attendance, improving the experience for all.
Special performances and a fashion show will follow the panel discussion in an effort to spur conversation and bring to the forefront how important the community is for the children in foster care. The proceeds from the event will support life skills education and mentorship programs.
The fundraiser is set for Saturday, March 28th, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. It will be held at 405 Rose Street in Lexington. Tickets are $50 per guest online.
