Lexington area residents and visitors will soon be able to discover new spirits and bourbon options to enjoy.
The 250LEX - Bourbon Tasting and LexLive will kick off in a few weeks, bringing whiskey and bourbon lovers together to celebrate the state of Kentucky’s legacy in style. The gathering will bring the finest bourbon options to the city, with organizers expecting a crowd of over 2,000 people, including surprise celebrity guests.
Attendees will have the opportunity to sample several types of bourbon while enjoying hors d’oeuvres and listening to live music from local bands and musicians. Guests will also have a chance to raise a glass to Lexington’s mayor, Linda Gorton.
The goal is for Lexington to host the largest bourbon tasting on record. Banner printing is a colorful way to make a lasting impression on attendees as they arrive, while promoting the event to passersby.
Individuals who purchase tickets will enjoy complimentary parking and receive a branded lanyard with a ticket holder and a commemorative shot glass as a gift from the event. Limited edition T-Shirts will also be available for purchase at the celebration.
LexLive will be the host site for the bourbon tasting event, which is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, June 11, at 5:00 PM. Tickets are available for purchase online, starting at $25 per person.
