Lexington expo targets reptile lovers

The Central Bank Center in Lexington is hosting the Kentucky Reptile Expo event once again.

The CBC has been hosting this event for several years. This year’s event includes an educational experience with various reptiles, small exotic mammals, aquatic pets, and plants. There will also be an assortment of amphibians, spiders, and insects. The expo will have vendors that will have available feeders, food and cages for the various sizes and types of reptiles.

Anybody thinking of bringing home a new scaly companion may be interested in attending the event. Furthermore, vendors will have Books for adults and children, as well as shirts and various reptile and animal toys.

The hosted "HERPtalk" seminars will feature experts in the realm of exotic pets. Attendees will have the opportunity to gain insights from showcased animal setups, engage in interactive learning sessions suitable for pet enthusiasts of every age, and personally connect with and learn from professionals in the field. Such unique and special seasonal events can be promoted throughout the community with poster printing.

The Expo is set to take place on Saturday, April 20. General admission tickets for the event are priced at $10. Children 5 years old and under can receive free admission. Early Bird entry is available for $15.00. Otherwise, general admission is from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
