A special dinner and fundraiser is around the corner in Lexington, providing area residents with the opportunity to make a difference in their community.
The 2nd Annual Restoring Hope Gala, sponsored by the Still Waters Center, will be getting started next month, helping Kentucky residents who have been victims of assault recover and get the most from life. The gala aims to restore hope, act as a light in difficult times, and help each survivor find their dignity.
The evening will feature a full dinner spread, and cocktails will be available to help break the ice and allow attendees to network and discover new friendships. Music will also be a hallmark of this year’s gala, with the venue providing a live DJ who will play hit songs for guests to sing and dance to. A silent auction will be held to give attendees an opportunity to leave as winners while raising more money. The funds will be used to train nurses and ensure each patient has access to comprehensive and compassionate care.
The gala will be held at The Mane on Main on Friday, July 18th, from 5:30 to 10:00 PM. Tickets to the gala dinner are available online for $135.23 per person.
