The final two evenings events for the 2021 Lex Arts HOP will be held in September and November in downtown Lexington. Local area residents still hoping to explore some of the venues are invited to attend.
The highly anticipated art event has been held annually in downtown Lexington on Friday nights for over 25 years. The art show partners over 30 vendors, including local museums, art galleries and private artist’s studios. Patrons are invited to explore their spaces, and discover original work in a variety of mediums. Attendees are encouraged to chat with the artist and purchase their favorite work with pieces available fitting with most budgets.
As in past events, the 2021 event has been sponsored by Republic Bank. Sponsorship assists in the production of the Official HOP Guide each year. The full color guide may be picked up at Lex Arts, located at 161 North Mill Street, as well as the Pam Miller Downtown Arts Center, located at 141 East Main Street. The guide provides essential art exhibit locations and, in addition to the Lex Arts website, is an essential resource for the event each year. Professional printing services are often used to produce manuals and guide Books for events like this.
The final two Fridays for the 2021 Lex Arts HOP season will be held on Friday September 17th and Friday November 19th from 5:00-8:00 PM in downtown Lexington. The exhibits are free to attend.
