Dining etiquette course brings manners to Lexington

Individuals interested in learning the basics of dining etiquette and fine dining are invited to join a multi-course meal and experience in Lexington.

The Dining Etiquette Class, led by Nancy Boatman, is coming to the Lexington area in a few weeks. This class will provide foodies and others interested in the world of fine dining with an opportunity to learn from a professional. Participants will journey through formal place settings and appropriate table manners in these formal settings.

Boatman covers topics such as proper etiquette, personal presentation, introductions, and conversation. With experience teaching diners of all ages and experience levels, she will also guide guests through handling electronic etiquette with smartphones.

The meal will provide multiple courses to participants as they learn the basics with an immersive lesson. Brochure printing is an effective way to share tips and advice with registered guests at such learning events. Guests will enjoy a salad, drink, bread, entree, and dessert, which are included in the cost of admission.

The most recent iteration of the course is designed to help middle school and high school students grow as fine diners. The dress code is formal, and students should dress to dine at an upscale restaurant.

Malone’s Prime Events will host the fine dining course on Sunday, September 8th, starting at 12:30 PM and ending at 2:00 PM. General admission tickets are available online for $120.
