Tijuana Flats, a chain based in Florida and a favorite in Tex-Mex food in the state, will be opening a location in Oakbrook Terrace on Butterfield Road. There will be a grand opening celebration later in the spring.
Tijuana Flats was founded to satisfy cravings for colorful experience and bold flavors as well as high-quality service. The goal is to serve food that is freshly prepared and to deliver top service in a spotless environment.
The chain also prides itself on helping the community in times of need. The restaurant and its Just in Queso Foundation help many worthy causes in each community it serves.
The eatery is known for innovative menu items such as Smokin’ Chipotle Chicken Chimichanga, Cookie Dough Flautas, Agave and Habanero Glaze Wings, and Crispy Shrimp and Corn Tacos. Such new establishments in town may look to local Print shops to help with promotional and advertising services ahead of a grand opening.
This location will be open on Sunday and Monday from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm.
The grand opening will be on Monday, June 6. As part of the occasion, the week that follows it will be filled with special deals, ranging from 50% off for public servants to free tacos for all.
