Tallest Oakbrook Terrace office building gains new renter

Vice president Aubrey Van Reken of NAI Hiffman, a company that provides property leasing services, and Tabitha Dozier, an associate representing SET Environmental, Inc., have recently announced that SET Environmental will be leasing space at Oakbrook Terrace Tower.

The company provides environmental management solutions to organizations across the country.

SET Environmental will be occupying 6,200 square feet at the building and will require a custom renovation of the space. The company selected the building to help it grow in accordance with its strategic plan, and appreciated modern finishes of the building and large windows that provide views of the skyline in Chicago. This will be the new headquarters for the company as it relocates from Oak Brook, having signed a long-term lease. It plans to move into the space during the spring.

Companies such as this one often look to Stationery printers when they make significant moves as a way to inform customers of changes.

Oakbrook Terrace Tower was completed in 1986 and designed by Helmut Jahn. The building is 31 stories high and has close to 800,000 square feet of rentable space and an adjacent warehouse. It is octagonal in shape with silver and emerald green reflective glass, enabling it to be visible for miles and dominate the Oakbrook Terrace skyline. It is the tallest building in the state outside of Chicago.
