Paul Grusecki has been appointed as managing director and head of advisory services for NAI Hiffman, based in Oakbrook Terrace, and Hiffman National, the advisory services and property management division of the firm.
Such appointments often call for a need for business card printing services for the staff member to share to colleagues.
Grusecki will work out of the headquarters of Hiffman in Oakbrook Terrace, and lead the Advisory Services Group of the firm. This group offers a platform that serves occupier, lender, and owner clients in many markets across the country.
In his new role, Grusecki will be responsible for expanding the lease administration offerings, lender services, project services, and workplace solutions of the firm that provide a comprehensive suite of real estate solutions for clients. He will also expand relationships with servicers of loans and lenders to provide brokerage and real estate owned services, strategic counsel, and receivership services to debt portfolios in trouble.
Grusecki said that advisory services are about building trust and providing high levels of service that match the needs of each client.
Grusecki has spent the last 14 years at CIBC Bank USA, based in Chicago. He served as managing director, head of commercial special loans for real estate and other real estate owned by the bank. Over his career, he has supervised more than $3 million in commercial transactions of real estate and sold $1 billion in office mortgages and properties in the past year and half.
