Mouvex, a Dover company and a brand of PSG, headquartered in Oakbrook Terrace, has released new H-FLO and G-FLO Series Eccentric Disc Pumps to be available for distribution in the market of North America.
These pumps are designed for critical industrial, chemical, and hygienic applications and offers many benefits and features as compared to their competitors’ eccentric disc pumps.
The eccentric shaft, which has an increased offset, enables these pumps to handle soft particles up to 20 mm and fluids which are highly viscous up to 10,000 cP. The pumps also offer tangential inlet ports, inlet port positions which are adjustable, internal shapes designed to improve cleaning-in-place, and the Easy Clean System for more efficient cleaning. Another feature is a new design for piston-locking that does not require special tools to facilitate maintenance. Such features and benefits are often highlighted by companies with brochure printing.
The H-FLO pump can be used in a wide range of pumping application in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries which require operations to be clean and sanitary. It also has the ability to deliver very strong air compression at the point of discharge and high vacuum on suction that enables it to fully strip lines and self-prime, which is important in these use cases.
The products of PSG are manufactured in Europe, Asia, and North America, and are ISO-certified. The H-FLO pump is FDA compliant.
