The Village of Oak Brook recently approved the construction of a condominium building, 22 stories in height, to be built near Oakbrook Center.
Those in nearby Oakbrook Terrace might want to consider a move to such a new development in a suburban community, and various Promotional Products can be used to inform those in the community of such new developments and their many amenities and benefits.
To be known as The Butler (named after the founder of Oak Brook, Paul Butler) the new development will include a terrace pool, fitness center, a curated library, and expansive communal gardens. There will also be parking for up to 225 vehicles.
The condominium units will have two-, three-, and four-bedroom units available. Sizes of the units will range from 1,340 to 3,500 square feet and they will offer views of downtown Chicago from outdoor terrace space. Prices will range from $800,000 to over $2m. There will also be two luxury penthouse units that will be between 5,000 and 5,400 square feet in size. There will be a total of 90 units.
President and CEO of the Greater Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce, David Carlin, said this new development will bring many benefits for the residents and businesses of Oak Brook for many years. The development is expected to bring in over $100,000 in sales tax revenue each year.
