McDonald’s recently opened a new restaurant in its planned new headquarters in Oak Brook. Given the global inspiration of the cuisine, those from nearby Oakbrook Terrace will surely want to try out some of the new menu options.
Among the new offerings from the fast food giant will be a dessert station with a Latin American flair and McCafé coffees freshly brewed Australian style at a barista station.
Other selections in the restaurant will be rotated on an ongoing basis. These will include a Canadian Angus burger with Angus sauce and bacon, served on a poppyseed bun; a pasta salad with arugula, mozzarella, and roasted tomatoes; a McChicken sandwich with a spicy Hong Kong-style marinade; and a Brazilian-style dessert of vanilla ice cream topped with a strawberry sauce and chocolate-covered coconut.
The new restaurant is 6,000 square feet in area and is owned by Nick Karavites from Chicago. Other unique features of the restaurant that will set it apart from other McDonald’s restaurants include outdoor seating, table service, and orders by mobile phone.
The headquarters of McDonald’s, which is located in Oak Brook, will be moving into the building occupied by the restaurant sometime later this spring.
Poster printing companies can be used to make announcements of such openings to the community and provide additional information about menu options and hours of operation.
