Local Print shops can help with informing current tenants of such important news.
This tower is an office building that spans 792,000 square feet, reaches 31 stories high, and is situated at 1 Tower Lane. The tower was designed by Helmut Jahn, architect. Outside of Chicago, it is the tallest building in the state.
The services Hiffman National will provide will include project services, accounting, and property management. Among the major corporations that already are tenants of the tower is Bosch, a global supplier of technology and services. There is an occupancy rate of 75% in the building, which is consistent with the average of 75.8% in the East-West Corridor.
Heather Battaglia, portfolio manager, and Carrie Szarzynski, senior vice president at Hiffman National, will supervise the on-site management of the tower. There will also be six members of the previous management team who will be retained to ensure that the transition is seamless.
Oakbrook Terrace Tower is at the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Route 83. It is about a half-hour drive from downtown Chicago and 15 minutes from O’Hare International Airport. The Oakbrook Center Mall is a short walk away and it offers over 160 restaurants, stores, and venues for entertainment. The tower offers a swimming pool, a full-service fitness center, a café, and a conference center.
