A popular holiday tradition is returning to the Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort and Conference Center, located just a short distance from Oakbrook Terrace.
Breakfast with Santa has become a tradition with the hotel and, according to Director of Sales and Marketing Nathan Karsten, the hotel is very proud of its traditions that enable family and friends to celebrate the holidays.
Executive Chef Sean Patrick Curry plans some special dishes for Breakfast with Santa, with a handcrafted buffet featuring farm fresh omelets, made-to-order Belgian waffles, and pancakes. Santa will be stopping by for pictures and to accept wish lists for Christmas from children.
The inside of the hotel will have a festive holiday atmosphere and outdoors will provide a scenic holiday backdrop. There will be hot chocolate that can be enjoyed around communal fire pits for those who want to have an outdoors winter wonderland experience.
Children will also have the opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind gourmet gingerbread house complete with all the trimmings that they can leave at the hotel to display or take home to enjoy.
Breakfast with Santa will be at the hotel on December 13 and 20. Most likely, the hotel is turning to Holiday Cards and other printed media to promote this special event for both residents and visitors to the community.
