ACE Hardware with headquarters in Oak Brook is partnering to help homeowners launch their summer makeover projects.
ACE will feature a sweepstakes for those creating their own backyard oasis. There will be a grand prize of a shopping spree worth $5,000 at ACE, with a second prize of a $500 gift card and a third prize of a $250 gift card. Print shops are often hired to promote such contests throughout an area.
Teaming up with Weber-Stephen Products LLC and the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, Weber will be offering discounts and deals in its stores and a sweepstakes online. Purchases of products from Scotts in ACE stores that range from $75 to $150 will receive discounts ranging from $10 to $25. Scotts will also be offering a buy one, get one free on many of its lawn care products. Residents of Oakbrook Terrace will want to take advantage of these offers.
A $30 discount will be offered by Weber Grills on one of their popular models and customers who purchase a Weber Genesis II gas grill will receive a free Weber Snapcheck digital thermometer.
Chief Marketing Officer of ACE Hardware, Kim Lefko, expressed excitement about offering customers these promotions throughout the month of April. Lefko said that these savings in addition to the opportunity to enter a sweepstakes and create a backyard oasis makes for a thrilling month.
