The annual Taste of Hope presented by DuPagePads will be coming to Oakbrook Terrace next month.
Attendees of this special event will have the opportunity to taste signature dishes and a variety of cuisines from 25 of the most high-end restaurants in the area, paired with wine from Wente Vineyards.
Among the restaurants participating in this event are Yerbabuena Mexican Cuisine, Michael Jordan’s Restaurant, Devon Seafood + Steak, and Basils Greek Dining. Various printing services can be used by such restaurants to Print Menus, beverage items, and other information.
There will also be a wine pull, raffles, and items on which to bid for a silent auction which will be run by auctioneer Greg Dellinger.
Tickets for the event are currently available for purchase online where bids for the silent auction items can also be made. DuPagePads is also looking for advertising, additional sponsorships, and items for the silent auction from businesses and restaurants in the area.
President and CEO of DuPagePads, Carol Simler, commented about the excitement surrounding this event. Proceeds from the event will go towards the organization’s programs to provide support services, housing, and career advice to individuals and families looking for homes, and to make a move in their lives.
The Taste of Hope will be at Drury Lane on Thursday, March 7 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
