The Woodworking 101 class is scheduled to take place near Morton Grove next month.
Designed for adults 18 years of age and older, this class is suitable for beginners at woodworking, as well as those who wish to continue to develop their existing skills.
Those interested in participating in the woodworking event can choose a registration option online, which includes the 4 Week Series and the 5 Week Series. The 4 Week Series for individuals costs $350 for individuals and $400 for couples, while the 5 Week Series is priced at $450 for individuals and $475 for couples.
During the 4 Week Series, participants from Morton Grove or other nearby areas will construct the surface of a piece of furniture, such as a headboard, shelf, or tabletop. For the 5 Week Series, those who take part will build an entire table, and designs include a coffee table, workbench, or dining table. Participants will receive all necessary tools and materials onsite. All tables will be a maximum of 10 square feet in size unless separately approved. The hosts of similar workshops often use flyer printing to hand out physical Copies of key event details to participants.
The Woodworking 101 class is set to proceed from 6:00 pm to 9: 30 pm at the Rebuilding Exchange in Chicago on Tuesday, November 10.
