This October, the Northbrook Autumn Fest will be held at Meadowhill Park for anyone in the Northbrook and Morton Grove communities interested in attending a free, family-friendly fall festival.
Meadowhill Park spans over 32 acres and features various sports and adventure areas, including soccer fields, baseball diamonds, football fields, a climbing wall, and a Velodrome. The park hosts a multitude of different festivals and events on its grounds, with Autumn Fest being just one example.
The festival is considered a staple of the season, having been held for many years. Attendees will enjoy bounce houses, pumpkin chucking, and fall arts and crafts. There will be free pumpkins handed out, with one pumpkin per child while supplies last.
There will also be a petting zoo for kids to enjoy, and horse trolleys will be making free rides around the park. Local food trucks will be present selling all manner of food and beverages, and complimentary apple cider will be available.
Organizers may choose to advertise festivals like this to the public by including pertinent details on colorful Posters that catch people’s eyes. Local Print shops with poster printing capabilities can help in this regard.
The Autumn Fest is scheduled for Saturday, October 3 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Meadowhill Park is located at 1545 Maple Avenue, Northbrook, just a few miles from Morton Grove.
