This May, the Morton Grove Chamber of Commerce will present the Spring Market Faire, which will be a free public market for people to peruse local and handmade goods made by area artisans.
The Spring Market Faire will feature vendors from throughout the Morton Grove area, who will have booths set up filled with giftware, arts and crafts, beauty and health products, home decor, jewelry, boutique clothing, specialty food, and pet-related items. There will also be local community organizations with outreach and education booths for people to visit.
Besides the market, there will also be plenty of other family-friendly entertainment and activities, including live music, entertainment groups, and even a free photo booth for attendees to capture the moment at. The first 100 people to arrive will receive coupons to local businesses. These are limited to those over the age of 18 and to one coupon per family.
There will also be raffles going on throughout the event. Community markets like this that offer raffles as part of the event’s activities may seek out local businesses interested in becoming a sponsor of the event by donating Promotional Products to the raffle prize supply.
The Morton Grove Spring Market Faire is scheduled for Saturday, May 9 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. It will be held at Prairie View Center, located at 6834 Dempster.
