A creative activity scheduled for early January is sure to give Morton Grove residents a fun experience.
Sunday Family Paint Party! is an event held by Bottle & Bottega, a division of the Painting with a Twist company. In this particular edition of the class, painters will be creating an image of a snowman’s head with eyes, a smile, and carrot nose, as well as a bright red scarf and Santa hat. The backdrop adds a wispy blue and white hue, along with some white specks of snow. The base for the painting will be a canvas measuring 11”x14”.
The lesson is open to children as young as four, although anyone under the age of 18 is required to have someone who is 21 or older with them, and both must be registered for the event. Over-21s are permitted to bring their own alcohol as long as they also have a valid ID. Food is also allowed, although there is limited space to store it. Utensils, plates, openers, Drinkware, and napkins can all be provided by the studio.
Tickets, which are available for purchase through the Painting with a Twist website, cost $37. This covers the instruction, materials, and aprons. Flyer printing is often selected as a form of promotion for art activities like this one.
The class will take place at the Park Ridge Bottle & Bottega location. It will run from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm on Sunday, January 8.
