Morton Grove to host special Valentine's event

Morton Grove will be holding a fun event geared towards friendship in mid February.

The Galentine’s Gathering is an evening where people can come together with their best friend, or their friend group to celebrate and enjoy a delicious meal, along with some wine. Despite the feminine name, the party is open to everyone. Flyer printing is often used in promotion of themed dinner events like this one.

There will be three courses, each one being paired with a unique type and flavor of wine, as well as an appetizer of Pretzel Bread and a Chocolate Covered Raspberry Greet Cocktail. Guests will be seated with a mix of different parties, adding to the social aspect of the event. There will also be interactive pieces, allowing for an even more special experience during this Wine Club event.

The main menu includes a salad featuring camembert, apples, and walnuts, ravioli with shrimp and lobster, and a triple chocolate gateau. The wine pairings and additional descriptions of the menu can be found through EventBrite.

Attendees are required to be aged 21 or older. Tickets cost $69 per person. At this time, guests are required to present proof of being fully vaccinated, as well as having a valid identification card. Face coverings are also necessary. The gathering will last from 7:00pm to 10:00pm on February 15th. The ability to purchase tickets will stop two days prior.
