Morton Grove restaurant to celebrate Pacific Northwest
Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Morton Grove will hold the Wine & Wanderlust dinner for its wine club members this March to showcase the notes and flavors of Pacific Northwest cuisine and beverages.
Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is a chain of elevated American cuisine restaurants with an upscale flair, with one location in Morton Grove. The restaurant often holds special events for its wine club members, such as curated wine dinners showcasing certain cuisines or wines and cocktails. The March dinner called Wine & Wanderlust will showcase the flavors of the Pacific Northwest, particularly of Washington State.
The dinner will begin with grilled flatbread with everything spice and avocado butter, followed by chilled cedar-planked salmon and grilled prime skirt steak. For dessert there will be toasted hazelnut pound cake with Tillamook Marionberry ice cream. Each course will be paired with a unique wine from Cooper’s Hawk’s own selection. There will also be specialty cocktails for purchase as an add-on.
