This December, the Ladies of Saints Peter and Paul Philoptochos Society will host their annual Holiday Faire in Glenview, just four miles from Morton Grove, to spread Christmas cheer and raise money for good causes.
This year’s festival will be the 64th annual Holiday Faire that the Society has organized for the surrounding communities. Like in years past, the festival will center around homemade Greek food, such as pork and chicken kabobs, pastitsio, spanakopita, and gyros. These delicious offerings will be available either as a lunch dine-in from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm or as a dinner drive-thru from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Traditional Greek pastries will also be available for purchase.
Other activities include boutique shopping to get in the Christmas spirit, cooking demonstrations, and festival entertainment performed by local students. Families may enjoy decorating a house made of gingerbread and meet-and-greets with Santa.
There will also be holiday raffles giving out fun prizes and Promotional Products from local sponsoring businesses. A portion of the proceeds from retail sales and food purchases will go towards Camp One Step and the Youth Services of Glenview and Northbrook.
The Holiday Faire is scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 7, beginning at 10:00 am. The festival will be held at 1401 Wagner Road in Glenview, approximately 10 minutes from Morton Grove. There is no admission fee.Get a Free Quote for Promotional Products
