The Niles Community Resource and Wellness Fair is on its way and is set to feature giveaways and raffles, with a Kindle Paperwhite among the gifts up for grabs.
Guests will be able to enjoy free food provided by the Village of Niles, and there will be free blood pressure testing, flu shots, and lab screenings. A variety of nonprofit organizations will be on hand to present information about their programs and services to the community.
Happening at the same time and next door to where the Fair is being held, the Niles Family Fitness Center is holding an open house. Visitors can find out about all that is offered at the center and even try some of the facilities for themselves. Among its many programs are group fitness classes, children's programs like ‘Learn to Swim’, Pilates, and many other health and fitness programs.
It is likely that many of the community organizations on hand at the fair will be handing out printed information to visitors from Niles and nearby Morton Grove. Stationery printers in the area are likely to have helped to provide these.
The Niles Community Resource and Wellness Fair and the Niles Family Fitness Center Open House will take place on October 4 from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon. Admission to both of them is free.
