Schools help to shape the next generation of a community’s citizens, and Beaubien Elementary’s PTO has organized a fundraising evening in support of Beaubien school.
This special event will offer a huge selection of food to choose from, and the planners noted that even though there will be a lot more dishes to choose from than last year, the ticket price will remain the same. Many local individuals and businesses have donated items for the auction, and the guests will be invited to bid on any that catch their eye.
To help make the occasion even more fun for the people who attend, they will have an opportunity to reserve their table space for both themselves and their friends and family. These can be booked for $100 each, and the rest of the seating will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
The organizers of this Morton Grove area function remarked that they are pleased and grateful that so many items have been donated to the auction. A company that prints Letterheads and other Stationery will be able to design special thank you cards to give to each individual or business that sponsors this type of occasion.
Nile’s White Eagle Events and Convention center will be the location for this annual fundraiser. It will be held on May 4 starting at 6:00 pm.
