Dinosaur-themed event to stop near Morton Grove

The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, a city just miles from Morton Grove, will be the hosting venue for a weekend filled with dinosaur themed fun in early November.

Jurassic Quest is a combination of a museum, crafts/activities, a play room, archaeological dig, live show, and more. The organizer works closely with paleontologists in order to ensure that they are the most accurate they can possibly be with the models of the dinosaurs.

Kids can enjoy bounce houses, temporary tattoos, crafts, and special quest packs, in addition to other activities. There are three levels of the quest packs. Each contains a minimum of three dinosaur themed surprises, with the two bigger bundles also having activities and crafts to take home. The biggest set has six dinosaur themed surprises. These are $15, $25, and $50 respectively. These will come in Boxes or Bags featuring the event Logo Design.

Admission with unlimited access to rides costs $33 for children, but will raise to $36 in peak times. General tickets cost $19 or $22 for kids and adults. Seniors will have to pay $18 or $20. The peak times pricing are the latter numbers for each group.

The event will last from 9:00am to 8:00pm on the first two days, and will end at 6:00pm on the third day, despite starting at the same time. Guests must enter at least one hour before the closing time.

The dates of the prehistoric event are set to be November 5th, November 6th, and November 7th.
