Shoppers in Lyons who are looking for a fun way to support local businesses and artisans are in luck, as a spring-themed market is coming to town.
The Village of Lyons Spring Fling Craft & Vendor Pop-Up has announced an official date for next month, with several local businesses and artisans planning to show off their goods. The event, which will be held across two days, will provide vendors with booth space to set up and show off their crafts and goods, and for businesses to provide information on their services.
Electricity will be available for vendors, though extension cords will not be provided. Vendors who are participating are also being asked to promote the event using flyer printing and Promotional Products, both of which have a long track record of helping organizations build brand awareness.
Organizers have 30 6-foot tables available on a first-come, first-served basis, though vendors are welcome to bring a table from home. Vendors who register to attend on both days will not need to disassemble their display, as the doors to the host venue will be locked overnight.
The pop-up vendor market will be held in the Community Room, located at 4200 Lawndale Avenue in Lyons. The market will open its doors on Saturday, April 18th, at 2:00 PM, and continue on Sunday, April 19th. Registration for vendors is $50 per day, and interested parties can contact Gina Segarra.
