Lyons residents who want to support local businesses while celebrating the nation’s 250th anniversary will want to mark their Calendars for an upcoming community festival.
The Village of Lyons 4th of July Festival & Fireworks event will welcome visitors and residents and encourages them to gather friends and family and attend. The festival, which will span multiple days, is aiming to bring vendors and small businesses together to promote commerce and add a fun shopping experience for attendees.
Vendors will need to bring their own tent, tables, and chairs to the host site. Those appearing at events like this can also use banner printing and Business Cards to draw the attention of visitors and provide more information about their products, services, and brands. The setting will be family-friendly, with organizers arranging for carnival rides, games, and activities to ensure a memorable 250th Independence Day.
Live music will add to the environment and provide the backing soundtrack for the celebrations, which will be capped off with a large fireworks show on Saturday evening. Food trucks, including Angelica’s Baked Goods and BearBQue, will provide snacks and meals.
Lyons Veterans Memorial Park will be the host site for the 4th of July festival, which opens at 4:00 PM on Friday, July 3. Guests enter for free, and registration costs $50 per vendor.
